Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use eyespy. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use and content rules

eyespy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By posting, you agree that you own or have the right to share your photos and that you will not post:

• Nudity, sexual content, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats.
• Violence, gore, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.
• Spam, impersonation, or content that is not your own.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can flag any photo as objectionable or block any user directly in the app. We review reports and remove violating content and the accounts of repeat or serious offenders, acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it where appropriate.

Your content and license

You keep ownership of the photos you post. You grant eyespy a limited license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the app — for example, showing your photo in your friends’ feed or, when you opt in, in the community mosaic. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or briefly in backups.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the community at risk. You can stop using eyespy and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

eyespy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
